Team Tuesday ✨ Meet Simone

Simone Dashevici is RSD Projects’ Chief Administrative Officer — and one of our founding owners.

With a Bachelor of Architectural Design, Simone brings a rare balance of structure and creativity to her role. She oversees operations and design coordination across all active developments, making sure every project runs seamlessly from the inside out.

Simone plays a key role in aligning our internal systems with the long-term vision of the business — always with our investors and end users in mind.

And when she’s not across project pipelines and planning meetings, she’s managing another full-time job: raising the two children she shares with Rod 💪
