As the founder of RSD Projects, Roderick brings nearly two decades of hands-on development experience and a sharp eye for emerging opportunities. He leads the acquisition and project coordination process, applying strategic insight drawn from more than 40 completed developments across Brisbane’s inner suburbs.
Roderick’s practical knowledge is backed by years of industry learning, a strong network, and a calm, considered approach to every decision. He works closely with investors, ensuring each project is grounded in clear communication, commercial rigour, and shared outcomes.
Simone is RSD Projects’ Chief Administrative Officer, managing the operational and design coordination across all active developments. With a Bachelor of Architectural Design, she brings both structure and creativity to the delivery process.
Her role bridges day-to-day business operations and design planning, helping to ensure that every project runs smoothly and meets the standards expected by both investors and end users. Simone plays a key part in aligning the team’s internal processes with the long-term vision of the business.
With more than ten years’ experience in residential construction, Kelsie brings sharp attention to detail and a strong grasp of project delivery to every role she plays. From managing the day-to-day operations to coordinating key project milestones, her background in both new builds and renovations makes her a valuable part of the development process.
Kelsie is closely involved from concept through to completion. She works across stakeholder engagement, design refinement, and on-site coordination to ensure each project runs smoothly. Her collaborative approach, combined with a natural eye for presentation, helps shape high-quality outcomes that are both considered and commercially aligned.
Clare Sheng brings fresh perspective and operational leadership to RSD Projects, drawing from her experience as a pharmacist, entrepreneur and mother. With over 13 years in business ownership, she led a successful venture to a strong financial exit, and now uses that experience to strengthen operations and strategy at RSD.
Her role focuses on business planning, financial management and the development of efficient systems. Clare’s ability to implement ideas and ensure seamless execution helps drive performance across the business. With a keen eye for improvement and innovation, she supports RSD Projects to grow with confidence and clarity.
Mel manages the operations of RSD Projects with a broad and adaptable skill set, working closely with Director Rod and the wider team to help ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Her experience spans operations management, executive support, finance and construction —skills she applies with care and attention to detail.
Mel values collaboration and clear communication, and she takes pride in building strong working relationships across all levels of the business. She approaches each challenge with curiosity and a willingness to learn, always looking for ways to contribute meaningfully and grow through the process.
